Business Incentive Program Application

The City of Los Fresnos Community Development Corporation’s Business Incentive Program is designed to support local property owners and businesses in enhancing the appearance, functionality, and economic vitality of their commercial properties. Through a 50/50 matching grant structure, eligible applicants may receive funding assistance for improvements such as signage, storefront upgrades, landscaping, and interior renovations. Interested applicants are encouraged to review the program guidelines and complete the application below. All projects must receive approval prior to the start of work, and funding is subject to availability and compliance with program requirements.
