Terms and Conditions

Any activity with alcoholic beverages must have Los Fresnos Police security (4 hours).  Each additional hour will be $60.00 per hour.
Renter must clean off tables and throw trash in the dumpster outside.  No decorations of any kind can be hung on or around the ceiling fans.  No balloons inside building.
Rental and deposit fees are due in full when contract is signed.  Any applicable deposit will be refunded by check and mailed within 30 working days after the scheduled function, should no damage occur.
Cancellation must be done within 15 days prior to function or less 50% non-refundable.
Keys may be picked up at the Los Fresnos Police Department on the day of the function. Monday thru Friday at 4:00 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday at 10:00 a.m.  Keys must be returned to the Police Department when function is over.  If key is not returned there will be a $10.00 charge. After 2 days your deposit will be forfeited.

6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. (Friday)
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. (Saturday)
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight (Sunday)

Rental for Parks (You reserve the pavilion only)

9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Sunday thru Thursday)
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Friday and Saturday)
