 Notice is hereby given that the City of Los Fresnos, Texas will receive sealed bids for:

 Sale of Real Property – LOT 4A, BLOCK 52, NORTHWEST LOS FRESNOS SUBDIVISION NO. 1

 Property information and bid documents may be obtained at the Finance Office located at 520 E. Ocean Blvd Los Fresnos, Texas 78566 or may be emailed upon request to pgarza@citylf.us. 

Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m., on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the Finance Office located at 520 E. Ocean Blvd Los Fresnos, Texas 78566. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00p.m., on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Los Fresnos, City Hall located at 520 E. Ocean Blvd, Los Fresnos, Texas.  The City of Los Fresnos reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to sell the property/properties to the bidder which it considers has submitted the best and most advantageous bid to the city.
