CITY OF LOS FRESNOS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Los Fresnos, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed zoning change. The City is proposing to rezone certain properties located on the north side of West Ocean Boulevard/Highway 100 from R-1 Single-Family Residential District to C-2 General Commercial District.

The public hearing will be held as follows:

Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Los Fresnos City Hall
520 E. Ocean Blvd., Los Fresnos, Texas 78566

All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Property owners within 200 feet of the subject properties have been notified in accordance with City requirements.
