Subdivision (Platting) Process

Any person dividing or proposing to divide any tract of land within the corporate limits and/or extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Los Fresnos must properly subdivide in compliance with Chapter 38-Subdivisions of the Los Fresnos Code of Ordinance.

Fees are in accordance to the Los Fresnos Fee Schedule.
